By downloading or using Regl+ ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Use.

1. Not medical advice

Regl+ is a wellness and tracking tool. Its predictions are estimates and may be inaccurate. It is not a contraceptive method and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider with questions about your health, fertility, or pregnancy.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service.

3. Subscriptions

Regl+ Premium is offered as an auto-renewable subscription (monthly, or yearly with a 7-day free trial).
Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
The subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions.
Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

4. Apple's Standard EULA

Unless you have a separate agreement with us, your use of the app is also governed by Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.

5. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app, including decisions made based on its predictions.

6. Changes

We may update these terms; the "Last updated" date reflects the latest version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
