Regl+ ("the app", "we", "us") is a menstrual-cycle tracking app built privacy-first. This policy explains, in plain language, what data the app handles and why. The short version: your health and cycle data stays on your device and in your own private iCloud account. We never collect it, see it, store it on our servers, sell it, or share it. We don't even have servers that could receive it.

1. Data the app stores on your device

To work, Regl+ stores the information you enter directly on your iPhone (and, if you enable it, in your personal iCloud account). This may include:

• Period start and end dates, cycle and period length.
• Daily logs: mood, energy, flow, pain and other symptoms.
• Optional measurements such as basal body temperature, weight and resting heart rate.
• Your preferences (goal, reminders, units, app-lock settings).

All cycle predictions, fertile-window and ovulation estimates, insights and charts are computed on your device. None of this leaves your phone as a result of using the app.

2. iCloud sync (optional)

If you keep iCloud enabled, the app uses Apple's CloudKit private database to sync your data across your own devices and back it up. This data lives in your personal Apple account and is protected by Apple. We have no access to it — we cannot read, retrieve, or recover it. You can manage or delete it anytime through your Apple ID / iCloud settings.

3. Apple Health (HealthKit)

With your explicit permission, Regl+ can:

• Read your basal body temperature and resting heart rate to auto-fill your daily log.
• Write the periods you log back to Apple Health, so your data stays consistent across apps.

HealthKit data is processed on-device and is never transmitted off your phone by Regl+. You can grant or revoke these permissions at any time in the iOS Health app. We never use Health data for advertising or share it with anyone.

4. What we do NOT do

• We do not collect or transmit your personal or health data to us or anyone else.
• We do not use analytics, tracking, advertising, or third-party SDKs.
• We do not require an account, email, or sign-in.
• We do not sell, rent, or share your data. Ever.

5. Notifications

Reminders (period, check-in, pill) are scheduled locally on your device. Their content is generated on-device and is not sent through any external service.

6. Subscriptions & payments

Regl+ offers an optional premium subscription handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never receive your payment details or identity. Apple provides us only with anonymized transaction status needed to unlock premium features. Subscription terms are described in our Terms of Use.

7. Your control over your data

• Export: You can export your data as a PDF report or a backup file at any time, from within the app.
• Delete: Deleting the app removes all locally stored data. iCloud data is managed through your Apple ID settings.

8. Children

Regl+ is a general-audience health app and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone — including children — because we do not collect data at all.

9. Changes to this policy

If we ever change how the app handles data (for example, if a future feature introduces a new capability), we will update this page and the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will also be reflected in the app's release notes.
