Cycles vary, especially early on. Instead of pretending to be exact, Regl+ tells you how confident it is and widens the predicted window when your data is limited or irregular. The more you log, the tighter and more confident predictions become.
Every period you log refines the on-device model. Small shifts are normal and mean the app is adapting to your real cycle.
Premium unlocks the full experience, including advanced insights and reports. Regl+ is offered monthly, or yearly with a 7-day free trial.
Open the app, go to Settings → Go Premium, and choose a plan. Payment is handled securely by Apple.
Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not inside the app. On your iPhone: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Regl+. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends to avoid renewal. A free trial that isn't canceled before it ends converts to a paid subscription automatically.
In the app, go to Settings → Restore Purchases while signed in with the same Apple ID you used to subscribe.
On your device, and — if you enable iCloud — in your own private iCloud account. We never receive or store your data. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Go to Settings → Backup to export a backup file, or export a PDF report to share with your doctor. You can restore from a backup file in Settings → Restore.
Deleting the app removes all local data. If you used iCloud sync, manage that data through Settings → [your name] → iCloud on your device.
With your permission, it reads basal body temperature and resting heart rate to auto-fill your daily log, and can write your logged periods back to Health. You can change these permissions anytime in the iOS Health app under Sharing → Apps.
Open Regl+ on your iPhone at least once after setup so it can share your latest cycle snapshot. Make sure your watch is paired and the app is installed on it.
English, Turkish, Spanish, German, French, Italian, Portuguese (Brazil), Russian, Simplified Chinese, Japanese and Arabic. Regl+ follows your iPhone's language.
Enable Settings → App Lock to require Face ID, and Discreet Mode for a more private appearance.
