Tactus collects no data. None. There are no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking of any kind. Everything Tactus does happens on your device.

Microphone

In Live mode, Tactus uses your microphone in real time to analyze the music around you and turn it into haptics. This audio is processed momentarily on your device and is never recorded, stored, or transmitted anywhere.

Live captions

If you enable live captions, Tactus uses Apple's on-device speech recognition to transcribe vocals and announcements. This runs entirely on your device; Tactus never sends audio to any server. On devices that do not support on-device speech recognition, captions are simply unavailable rather than using a network service.

What stays on your device

• Your settings and feel profiles (stored locally).
• Tactile prints from your sessions (stored locally; shared only if you choose to share them).

None of this is ever sent to us or anyone else.

Third parties

Tactus contains no third-party SDKs, no advertising networks, and no analytics services.

Children

Tactus does not collect data from anyone, including children.

If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted on this page.
