On the Today screen tap the + button. Enter a name and dosage, pick a form, choose how often and at what times (the Morning / Noon / Evening / Night presets make this quick), and tap Save. Setup takes under a minute.
Reminders need notification permission. Open Settings in the app — if you see "Notifications are off," tap it to enable them in iOS Settings. Also make sure the medication has "Reminders" turned on and at least one time set. Critical medications can be allowed to break through Focus modes in the medication's settings.
Tap the circular check on any dose card, use "Mark as taken" on the Up Next banner, or confirm right from the reminder notification or Lock Screen — no need to open the app.
Turn on "Track supply" when adding or editing a medication to keep a count of remaining doses. The app estimates when you'll run out and gives a gentle heads-up before you do.
Go to Settings → Records & Backup → Export backup to save a private copy of all your data. To restore it (on this or another device), use Restore from backup and choose the file.
Add the people you care for in Settings → People, each with a calm colour. Switch between them from the avatar on the Today screen. No extra accounts are needed. Family profiles are a Premium feature.
Premium unlocks family profiles, iCloud sync, advanced insights, doctor-visit PDF export, and custom reminder sounds. It's an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly) with a free trial. Manage or cancel anytime in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
Open the Premium screen in the app and tap Restore Purchase. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple Account you used to subscribe.
