Medication Reminder+ is built to be private by default. Your medication information stays on your device. We do not run ads, we do not track you, and you do not need an account to use the app.
None on our servers. Medication Reminder+ has no backend that receives your personal data. Everything you enter — medication names, dosages, schedules, photos, supply counts, dose history, and the people you track — is stored locally on your device in the app's private storage.
If you choose to enable iCloud sync, your data is stored in your own private iCloud account, which is managed entirely by Apple under Apple's privacy policy. The developer of Medication Reminder+ has no access to your iCloud data and never receives it.
Reminders are delivered as local notifications scheduled on your device. They are not sent through any external server and contain only the information you entered (such as a medication name and time).
Any health-related information you enter is treated as sensitive and is kept on your device with the same privacy protections as the rest of your data. The app does not sell, share, or transmit this information.
Optional Premium features are sold as in-app purchases handled by Apple. Payments are processed by Apple; the developer never sees your payment details, card number, or billing address. Apple may share limited, non-identifying purchase status so the app can unlock the features you bought.
We do not use third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or cross-app tracking. There is no advertising identifier collection and nothing is shared with data brokers.
The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because no data is collected by the developer, no such information is transmitted or stored on our side.
You can edit or delete any medication, person, or record at any time inside the app. You can export a private backup of your data, and deleting the app removes all locally stored data from your device.
