These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Lumera Light Party iOS application (the "App"), developed by Birkan Aksoy ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms.
You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the App on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
Hosting features are unlocked through Lumera Pro, available as:
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Manage or cancel anytime via Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Guests can always join hosted rooms for free.
You agree not to:
The App contains intense flashing lights and strobe effects. Do not use the App if you or anyone in your vicinity has photosensitive epilepsy or any seizure disorder. The App is not a medical device. Use at your own risk and take breaks during long sessions.
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with any particular hardware configuration.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be published at this URL with a new effective date.
