By using Universal Speed Test ("the app") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
The app measures your internet connection's download speed, upload speed, latency (ping) and jitter using public third-party test servers, and stores your results locally for your reference.
Speed measurements are estimates and can be affected by your device, network conditions, Wi-Fi signal, server load and other factors. Results are provided "as is" without warranty of accuracy and should not be relied upon for any critical purpose.
You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with its operation, or use it to place excessive load on third-party servers. Automated or abusive testing may be rate-limited by those servers.
The app is supported by advertising. By using the app you acknowledge that ads will be displayed. See our Privacy Policy for details on ad data.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app and its developer are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
