Executive OS is sold as a one-time paid application via the Apple App Store. Purchase grants a perpetual, non-transferable, single-user license under the standard Apple End User License Agreement.
The application is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The application is a productivity and decision-support tool. It does not provide financial, legal, or tax advice. Outputs from AI engines — whether rule-based or LLM-backed — are recommendations only and should not be treated as professional counsel.
Because all data is stored on-device and encrypted with a biometric-bound key, recovery is impossible if the device is lost, the biometric enrollment is removed, or the master key is wiped. You are responsible for maintaining your own encrypted backups.
You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the encryption key. You agree not to use the application for unlawful purposes.
When using the optional Anthropic integration, your API key is subject to Anthropic's terms of service. Costs incurred against your API key are your responsibility.
The publisher may issue updates that change features, security models, or supported iOS versions. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of changes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the publisher's total liability is limited to the purchase price of the application.
