Welcome to Bloom. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms.

1. License

Bloom is licensed, not sold, to you for personal, non-commercial use on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms and the standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.

2. One-time purchase

Bloom is a one-time paid app. There are no subscriptions and no in-app purchases. Family Sharing is supported where available.

3. Acceptable use

Bloom is intended for children with parental supervision. Please do not attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or redistribute the app.

4. Your content

Drawings your child creates belong to you and are stored only on your device. We claim no rights to them and never access them.

5. No warranty

Bloom is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We work hard to keep it stable and safe, but we cannot guarantee it will be error-free.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of the app.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Kullanım Koşulları

Bloom'a hoş geldiniz. Uygulamayı indirerek veya kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz.

1. Lisans

Bloom size satılmaz, lisanslanır; sahip olduğunuz veya kontrol ettiğiniz Apple cihazlarında kişisel, ticari olmayan kullanım içindir. Apple Medya Hizmetleri Koşulları ve standart Apple Lisanslı Uygulama Son Kullanıcı Lisans Sözleşmesi (EULA) geçerlidir: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.

2. Tek seferlik satın alma

Bloom tek seferlik ücretli bir uygulamadır. Abonelik ve uygulama içi satın alma yoktur. Uygun olduğu yerlerde Aile Paylaşımı desteklenir.

3. Kabul edilebilir kullanım

Bloom, ebeveyn gözetiminde çocuklar için tasarlanmıştır. Lütfen uygulamayı tersine mühendislik yapmaya, değiştirmeye veya yeniden dağıtmaya çalışmayın.

4. İçeriğiniz

Çocuğunuzun yaptığı çizimler size aittir ve yalnızca cihazınızda saklanır. Onlar üzerinde hiçbir hak iddia etmiyoruz ve asla erişmiyoruz.

5. Garanti yok

Bloom "olduğu gibi" sunulur, herhangi bir garanti verilmez. Kararlı ve güvenli tutmak için çok çalışıyoruz ancak hatasız olacağını garanti edemeyiz.

6. Sorumluluğun sınırlandırılması

Yasaların izin verdiği azami ölçüde, uygulamanın kullanımından doğan dolaylı veya arızi zararlardan sorumlu değiliz.

7. Değişiklikler

Bu koşulları zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Değişikliklerden sonra uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmeniz, güncellenmiş koşulları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.
