Privacy Policy and Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using TV Remote (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control, in accordance with the Apple App Store Terms.
The App is designed to control compatible Smart TVs over your local Wi-Fi network. Supported brands include Samsung, LG, Sony, and Android TV (as of this version). Compatibility with any specific TV model is not guaranteed. The App cannot control TVs without Wi-Fi or those requiring infrared (IR) signals.
The App offers optional in-app purchases:
Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Manage or cancel via Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple per their App Store policies.
You agree not to:
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every TV, or error-free performance. We are not responsible for damage to TVs caused by misuse.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
