Acceptance of terms

By downloading or using Sort & Stack (the "Game"), published by Canavar Studios under the brand 360 GAMES, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please uninstall the Game.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Game on Apple devices you own or control, subject to these terms and Apple's App Store Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

In-app purchases

• All purchases are processed by Apple and are final.
• Refunds are governed by Apple's refund policy.
• Consumable items (coins) and non-consumable items (Remove Ads, Starter Pack) are digital goods.
• Loss of in-app items due to device or account issues outside our control is not refundable.
• Use the Restore Purchases option in Settings to re-link previous non-consumable purchases.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the Game's source code.
• Use cheats, exploits, automation tools, or unauthorized modifications.
• Disrupt the Game's services, leaderboards, or other players via Game Center.
• Use the Game in violation of any applicable law.

Advertising

The Game shows advertisements served by Google AdMob unless you purchase "Remove Ads". By using the Game, you understand that ads may be personalized based on your consent settings.

Disclaimers

The Game is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Canavar Studios is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or device damage.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Game if you violate these terms. You may stop using the Game at any time by uninstalling it.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of the Game after an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms. The current version is always reflected by the "Last updated" date above.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
