Who we are
Sort & Stack (the "Game") is developed and published by Canavar Studios (the "we", "us", "our"), operating under the brand 360 GAMES.
Data we collect
- Game progress, settings, and achievements — stored locally on your device using iOS UserDefaults. We do not upload this to our servers.
- Anonymous advertising identifier (IDFA) — used by Google AdMob to serve and measure ads. Only collected if you allow tracking via the iOS App Tracking Transparency prompt.
- Coarse location (IP-derived) — used by AdMob for regional ad relevance only. We do not access your precise GPS location.
- Apple Game Center scores and achievements — governed by Apple's Game Center privacy policy.
- In-app purchase receipts — handled and stored by Apple. We receive only the entitlement (e.g., "Remove Ads purchased") not your payment details.
- Crash and performance data — collected by iOS and Google SDKs for stability.
What we do NOT collect
- Your name, email address, phone number, or other personal contact details.
- Your precise location.
- Photos, contacts, microphone, or camera content.
- Browsing history outside the Game.

Children's privacy
The Game is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have, please contact us so we can remove it.
Your choices
- Opt out of personalized ads via iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, or through the in-app consent form (EU/UK users).
- Purchase "Remove Ads" to disable advertising entirely.
- Delete all locally stored game data by uninstalling the app.
- Re-open the consent form any time from in-app Settings.
GDPR (EU / EEA / UK users)
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have the right to:
- Access, correct, or delete any data we hold about you.
- Object to processing for direct marketing.
- Withdraw consent at any time.
- File a complaint with your local data protection authority.

CCPA (California users)

Data retention
Local game data is retained on your device until you uninstall the app. We do not retain server-side data because we do not collect any.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by a new "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, by an in-app notice.
