This Privacy Policy explains how the Convertor app (“the App”, “we”) handles your information. The short version: the App does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data.

No data collection

We do not collect, sell, or share any personal information. The App has no user accounts, no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party tracking SDKs.

On-device processing

All conversion happens entirely on your device. The video files you select and the MP3 files you create never leave your device and are never uploaded to any server. The App does not require an internet connection to convert files.

Access to your files

Files & Photos: When you choose a video to convert, the App accesses only the specific file you select. It does not browse, scan, or read any other content.
Converted files: The MP3 files you create are saved on your device, inside the App’s own storage. You can play, share, or delete them at any time. Deleting a file removes it permanently from the App.

No network communication

The App does not send any information over the internet. It contains no analytics, crash reporting, or remote logging.

Children’s privacy

The App does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under 13.

Third-party software

MP3 encoding is powered by the open-source LAME project, used under the GNU Lesser General Public License (LGPL) v2.1. LAME runs entirely on your device and does not collect or transmit any data.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
