Frequently asked questions

Where is my data stored?

Everything you track stays only on your device. Mommy+ has no servers and no accounts, so your data is never uploaded or shared. See our Privacy Policy for details.

How do I back up or export my data?

Open Settings inside the app and tap Export my data. Mommy+ creates a JSON file you can save or send through the share sheet. (Photos stay in the app.)

What's included in Mommy+ Premium?

Premium unlocks the home screen widget, live contraction tracking with Lock Screen & Dynamic Island, Apple Health sync, unlimited bump photos, all weekly articles and more.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are handled by Apple. On your iPhone open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, select Mommy+, and choose your plan or cancel. You can also restore a previous purchase from the paywall's "Restore purchases" button.

Does Mommy+ sync with Apple Health?

Yes, optionally. With Premium you can enable syncing of weight, blood pressure and blood sugar. You can turn this on or off in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Health.

I'm not getting reminder notifications.

Make sure notifications are allowed: iOS Settings → Notifications → Mommy+. Permission is requested the first time you save a reminder.

Is Mommy+ medical advice?

No. Mommy+ provides general educational information and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult your doctor or midwife.
