This Privacy Policy describes how the mobile application COLOR VACUUM ("the App", "we", "our") handles information when you use it. We collect the minimum data needed to operate ads and respect your tracking preferences.
We do not collect any personally identifiable information directly. The App does not require an account.

The App stores a small amount of gameplay progress locally on your device using Apple's standard UserDefaults API. Specifically:
This data never leaves your device. You can erase it at any time by deleting the App.
The App uses haptic feedback (Apple's Taptic Engine) for in-game vibrations. It does not request access to your camera, microphone, contacts, photos, location, or any other sensitive permission.
COLOR VACUUM is rated 4+ and is suitable for all ages. Because the App does not collect personal data, it is compliant with Apple's Kids guidelines and applicable children's privacy regulations (including COPPA in the United States).

You can disable personalized advertising at any time from Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking on your iPhone.
If we add features that require new data handling, this policy will be updated and the App's privacy declaration in the App Store will be updated accordingly. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Effective" date above.
